MIKE
GRASS
Mike
Grass has an endless supply of energy and the
ability to help clients succeed in even the
most challenging environments. In his seven-year
tenure with The Intrepid Group, he has executed
a myriad of successful campaigns from the unveiling
of the 2002 Olympic Medals to destination media
tours of Utah, Colorado, Nevada and Hawaii,
with journalists representing such media as
The Los Angeles Times, Sunset, Sky magazine,
Shape, Redbook, National Geographic Traveler,
The Robb Report, National Public Radio and Diversion.
Grass
has extensive travel and tourism, real estate,
hospitality, general business, and food and
restaurant public relations experience. He has
a "can do" attitude and is quick to
devise strategies and measurable tactics for
helping clients to maximize their marketing
and public relations dollars.
Prior
to joining The Intrepid Group, Grass served
as the director of public relations and communications
for The Canyons Ski Resort, and director of
communications for Ski Utah. While working at
the Canyons, Grass procured more than $3 million
of ad/pr equivalent publicity including features
on CNN, ESPN2, MTV and “The Today Show,”
as well as SKI, Sunset, The New York Times and
National Geographic magazines. Grass earned
a bachelor's degree in business from the University
of Utah.
